Title: Beer Cheese Bread

-----------------------------FOR 1-1/2 LB. LOAF-----------------------------

1 pk Yeast
10 oz Beer; at room temperature
3 c Bread flour
4 oz Processed American cheese-(2 slices)
1 tb Sugar
1 1/2 ts Salt
4 oz Jack cheese; or any other-(cut in 1/4" cubes)
1 tb Butter

Warm beer and American cheese over low heat on top of stove or in microwave. Cheese doesn't need to melt completely. Stir. Add all ingredients listed, select white bread and push start.
