CORN DODGERS

Title: CORN DODGERS

1/4 c Sugar
1 tb Olive oil
2 c Cornmeal
1 ts Baking soda
1 c Nonfat plain yogurt
2 Large eggs; beaten OR-egg substitutes

Preheat oven 400F. Sift together cornmeal and baking soda into large bowl; add sugar. Make a well in center and pour in eggs, yogurt and oil. Stir together well and bake for 15 min.
